Terms of Service

Retick provides software for digital punch cards, counter visits, reward tracking and an optional Google review link. Retick is not the shop and does not itself offer, sell or fulfil the rewards shown on a loyalty card. The shop decides its reward, visit limits and redemption process.

Some features may be labelled pilot, beta or early access. They may change, be limited, or be withdrawn while we improve them.

You sign in with Google. You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your Retick account and for the staff you invite to your workspace.

A Google account can currently be linked to one Retick workspace at a time. Business owners must have authority to create and manage the workspace. Staff must use their own invite link and must not share it.

If you use Retick for a shop, you are responsible for:

• Describing the reward clearly and honouring it when a customer meets the published conditions.
• Setting a fair reward threshold and daily visit limit.
• Training staff on visits, reward redemption and customer handling.
• Having a lawful basis to add staff or customer information, and providing any privacy notice or consent your customers need.
• Keeping your Google review link accurate and following Google's rules for reviews.

Do not use Retick to offer a reward, discount or benefit in exchange for a Google review. Reviews must remain voluntary and separate from loyalty visits.

Customers must use their own Google account and phone number. Do not create multiple accounts to collect extra visits or rewards. A visit counts only when it is recorded through the shop's valid counter QR or an authorised staff process, and daily limits apply.

A reward is subject to the shop's stated conditions and availability. Rewards have no cash value unless the shop says otherwise. If a shop closes, changes its programme or cannot honour a reward, contact the shop; Retick does not guarantee a shop's reward.

You must not:

• Create fake visits, rewards or customer accounts.
• Scan, copy or reuse another shop's or customer's QR token.
• Attempt to access another account, dashboard or database without permission.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service.
• Upload malware, send spam, or use Retick for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
• Manipulate reviews, offer review incentives, or misuse Google's services.

Google sign-in is provided by Google and is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. We receive only the basic profile and email information needed to create your account. We never receive your Google password.

The Google review button is an optional link. Retick does not write, filter or remove reviews, and does not control Google's review page. A review never adds a stamp or reward. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

The pilot may be free. We may introduce paid plans, limits or add-on features later, with clear notice before a charge applies. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change or discontinue a feature, but we will try to give reasonable notice where a change materially affects an active business.

We work to keep Retick available, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, network problems, third-party outages, security events or events outside our control may interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Retick owns the software, design, brand, text and other materials that make up the service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Retick for your shop or personal card while these terms apply. You may not copy, resell or create a competing service from our software or brand.

You keep ownership of the business information you add. You give us permission to use it only to run and improve the service. If you send feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment.

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, create a security or fraud risk, fail to pay a future fee, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using Retick at any time. Some records may be kept for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retick is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for a shop's failure to honour a reward, a customer's misuse of a card, or content on a third-party site such as Google.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Agartala, Tripura will have jurisdiction, subject to any right you may have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
